Coming to terms
The majority of recent support issues have been related to the system of “Terms” in Essign. Previously, when a teacher created a course in Essign, it had to be assigned to a specific term of the school year, e.g. Fall 2010 or Spring 2011. When that term was over, the course would disappear.
